Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect product integrity and hygiene, the following items are non-returnable:

How to Return
To initiate a return:

We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
